Different transposed legislation analysis in safety matter for construction sites: Three study cases

With its publication, for the first time, the Safety Coordinator regulates the safety and health matter during the project realization and the construction phases. Both have as their main functions, to ensure the adequate safety environment, whether at the level of technical definitions of the project, either at the level of the development of the work on the construction site.
