ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: In this paper, aiming at optimization of the extraction of Stropharia rugosoannulata crude polysaccharides, test factors and levels were firstly selected by single-factor tests. On the basis of previous results and according to the central composite test design principles, the method of response surface methodology with 3 factors and 3 levels was adopted. Response surface and contour are finally graphed with the extraction rate of S. rugoso-annulata crude polysaccharides as the response value. The results showed that the optimum condition described were as follows: extraction temperature was 75◦C, extraction time was 20 min and solid-liquid ratio was 1:25 (g/mL). Under the optimized condition, the yield of crude polysaccharide from S. rugoso-annulata could reach 7.614%.
