ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: In the modern field of bridge engineering, prestressing technology has been more and more widely applied with its unique advantages. Prestressing loss of long-curved tendons in the tensioned phase in post-tensioned concrete bridge accounts for the majority of total loss. The values of prestressing loss need to be carefully calculated, and it becomes one of the most important issues regarding the analysis of prestressed bridge. The sensitivity analysis of key parameters of the prestressing loss of long-curved tendons in tensioned phase was conducted in this paper. Based on the research of prestressing losses and elongation of test points at different locations of three prestressing tendons, the sensitivity of prestressing loss towards different parameters in the formula of codes such as µ, k, θ, L, and other factors are analyzed.
