ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: A pectinase high-yield strain named BM was isolated from decayed navel orange. The strain was identified as Fusarium oxysporum according to its colony morphology and ITSrDNA Sequence analysis. Then the phylogenetic tree constructed with other ITS sequences. Single factor and orthogonal test were used to investigate the enzyme production of the BM strain. The results of optimization showed that the maximum pectinase activity of 26.20 U/mL was obtained at 1% carbon source, 0.4% nitrogen source, a pH of 5, and temperature of 30◦C.
