ABSTRACT
In the tire industry, a tackifier is used in many places. During the forming process, some parts such as the tread and side wall of a tire, are attached together by the tackifier. In the construction of high performance tire, for example the racing car tire, the incorporation of a suitable tackifier could improve the road gripping properties.
