ABSTRACT
Xuheng Kuang received his PhD degree in 2005 while studying in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Louisiana State University (LSU) (Baton Rouge, LA, USA). His doctoral research focused on stormwater management, cementitious porous pavement, and low-impact development. Dr. Kuang earned his master’s and bachelor of science degrees in Ÿuid machinery and dynamic engineering from Wuhan University of Hydraulic and Electrical Engineering in 1997 and 1994, respectively.
