Removable Partial Dentures (RPD) are an effective and affordable treatment option for patients needing partial tooth replacement (Khan & Geerts 2005). The increased importance of physical appearance in contemporary society has increased the demand for esthetic dental restoration. Nowadays the display of metal clasps on upper anterior teeth or on upper pre-molars may cause esthetic problems (Arda & Arikan 2005).
