Hidden Markov Model is developed on the basis of the Markov chain and became a widely used statistical models, the classic theory put forward by the Baum et al, It was firstly applied to speech recognition systems, and had become the most successful way in the voice recognition system after years of development, HMM is widely used in computer Science Electrical Engineering information Sciences, Computational Mathematics, Statistics and other fields, it has become an important tool in the field of the voice recognition gene identification crypt analysis target tracking image processing and in the field of signal processing (Wang Xinmin 2003)

In foreign countries,Alex P. Pentland applied HMM to the driver’s behavior and intention recognition applications, and its forecast rate reached over 95%. Gautam B. Singh (2009) used HMM model to study the vehicle collision prediction methods, and the predication proved that this method has a good timeliness to prevent collisions.
