ABSTRACT
The main background of our times is the construction of modern civilization along with the inheritance of nation’s outstanding traditional culture; the development of regional economy and the creation of a better living environment; as well as the minimized waste of resources and the ecological balance of natural environment. These are the main problems that we have to face inevitably in the process of urbanization.
