ABSTRACT
Curettage Curettage is a very useful technique, performed under local anaesthesia, that allows some benign lesions to be removed and sent for histological examination. Because it involves the removal of very superficial tissue, it gives excellent cosmetic results in selected patients. In particular, if choosing a surgical treatment for seborrhoeic keratoses, it is the treatment of choice.
