ABSTRACT
The tuner is a kind of microwave electronical assembly, which is used to simulative process the useful signal received. It is the key part which affects the reliability of the system and has longlife and highly-reliable characteristics. For this kind of long-life and highly-reliable products, it is not an easy task to assess the lifetime and reliability by using the traditional life-testing procedures which record only time to failure data.
