ABSTRACT
The Collective Water Supply System (CWSS) as a complex technical system consisting of functionally interrelated objects, whose task is to provide safe drinking water for residents. It is one of the priority technical systems included in the basic infrastructure of urban agglomerations. Its importance to the public is unquestionable because water is a prerequisite for human existence. The World Health Organization (WHO) warns about the socalled global water crisis which is not only associated with a changing climate but also resulting from of the aquatic environment pollution, constantly increasing population (especially in poor regions) or armed conflicts.
