ABSTRACT
The common procedures and tools offered for RA of IT depending infrastructural systems are unable to manage the fast modification rates. They have become laboured and too resource-intensive in order to meet the constraints of a fast moving and IT driven business community. Everyday measurements, as the installation of, e.g., a new router, may lever out existing reliability models (cf. (Milanovic et al. 2008)). Nevertheless, a methodology is needed to assess risks in practically relevant procedures. The proposed methodology will finally come to integrate engineering and IT RA approaches:
