ABSTRACT
Based on Bayesian method, it can significantly reduce the test sample size and shorten test time to make the product reliability qualification test plan by utilizing the priori information. How to use the priori information effectively and establish the prior distribution model is the key point to develop the Bayesian evaluation test programme.
