ABSTRACT
Program taxonomy or ADREP 2000 (Cacciabue 2000) is the taxonomy supported by the European Union. The ADREP taxonomy covers an extensive range of incidents, and it focuses on human factors. It was, however, developed to be use by trained analysts rather than pilots.
