Thus, now there are all prerequisites for standardization and sustainable development of complex sociotechnical systems with use methods and means of risk management for safety.
The international standardization in the construction branch develops more slowly, than in other branches. Perhaps it generated a certain conservatism of thinking because of centuriesold traditions in one of the most ancient and, general successful activity of the people. In civil-engineering branch standards are traditionally developed in groups, whose interests often coincide, and members of the group are often from the same industry.
