ABSTRACT
Technical effectiveness of the district heating sector has an influence on correct and optimal operation of all system.
Heat engineering like any other sector cannot exist nowadays without IT systems. Majority of system heat suppliers use it now or implement modern integrated systems, which is supportive in management enterprise and efficient customer service. Software is however only a tool assisting proper management of a system.
