ABSTRACT
The standard rig move operations are integrated; anchors are recovered to the AHTVs, the rig moved to a new location, and anchors are placed at the new location and connected to the rig-all in one operation. This operation may take 6-10 days and requires a rather stable weather window. Also, it requires tight coordination between the parties; the rig and 2-3 anchor-handling vessels, where one of them has the lead.
