ABSTRACT
This research comes in to support the process of ship retrofitting by proposing an approach for evaluating the impacts that the introduction of the retrofit solution would have. It aims at helping the policymakers selecting the best technological solutions that are available for reaching their policy goals, and also at helping the industry to reach their environmental obligations in balance with their economic goals.
