ABSTRACT
In today’s world are increase problems of ecology. In Ukraine, in particular, the acute problem of water pollution, air emissions of pollutants, disturbance of the Earth's surface due to mining, etc. The need for engineers – ecologists like is obvious. Hence, there is a need for training in appropriate skills. A special place in ecologists took the mathematical preparation. The course of higher mathematics students gets the knowledge necessary to understand the special items. Math classes develop skills of construction of mathematical models of processes and phenomena that occur in the environment, develop skills in the application of the mathematical device in addressing practical professional tasks.
