ABSTRACT
The full flooding of coal mines’ workings in mining towns and villages has led to a change in physical and mechanical properties of rocks that caused of the weakening and activation of uneven deformation of the foundation bases. Buildings construction and facilities have exposed to damages or destructions as a result.
