ABSTRACT
From the mid-to-late century rational use of natural resources including energy ones and environmental conservation have become one of the crucial political, social, economic problems of Ukraine.
Interconnection between energy provisions, subsurface resources management and ecology is multifaceted. Weighty ecological aspect is an attribute of contemporary mining engineering of the EU and its legal coverage. Key task of new energy program of the EU, formulated in the document of EU Commission, is to “limit climate change to 2 ºС – the choice of EU and world policy till 2020 and in future” (Commission of the European… 2007).
