ABSTRACT
With the development of cities and growing population there is an urgent need for new areas for the constructions of public and industrial facilities in dense urban areas. Some buildings and facilities require reconstruction, reprofiling and reequipment. It often leads to increased payloads on buildings and structures. Due to the intense development of the cities, there are difficulties with their functional zoning, whereupon boundaries between residential areas, industrial and transport zones are erased.
