Projecting tasks of equipment development for industrial exploration of deep-water ocean mineral deposits are pioneer in fact. In view of operating condition complexity of the deep-water hydraulic hoists, comparable with space branch, it is necessary to refuse the established stereotypes of design for traditional mining equipment. Of course, to speak about building the computer-aided engineering (CAE) systems for marine mining enterprise (MME), is prematurely. This process needs huge expenses of intellectual work and time. On the other hand, some projects just today can serve as a basis for mathematical foundations and software development of the CAE, especially for research programs package.
