ABSTRACT
Heilongjiang’s agricultural tourism science park is located in Harbin downtown, and there is no industry factory nearby, ensuring that the park is pollution free. There are many famous scenic spots around it, forming a big characteristic tourism area in Harbin. which both brings great economies of scale and appropriately shunts tourists in the tourist season. It’s significant to accelerate the exteriorization of Heilongjiang’s scenic spots.
