ABSTRACT
In manufacturing, €nance, and other service industries, continual innovation has brought new forms of delivery, giving rise to new forms of services (Hwang and Christensen 2008). Competition in health-care delivery has led to newer forms of services like outpatient surgerycenters, executive wellness programs, independent nursing group practices, hospitals,nursing homes, intermediate care facilities, and home health-care programs (Lim and Zallocco 1988). mHealth is one of the emerging alternatives for the delivery of health-care services.
