ABSTRACT

The study of the e-commerce system evaluation in our country now is mainly focused on the establishment of its evaluation system, namely, on the theory of how and where to do the evaluation. However, other countries emphasize their studies on the analyses of cases of e-commerce system from e-commerce. In view of the related research works in and out of our country in this field, whether or not in theoretical or applicable studies they are all based on real number information with little consideration of uncertainties. In fact there are many uncertain factors in the process of evaluation of e-commerce system, especially in lack of complete information and in complication for the acquisition of evaluation information[5][6]. It is unable to acquire accurate evaluation information. Therefore it is more reasonable and scientific to take uncertainty evaluation scale in the process of evaluation of e-commerce system. With the consideration of limited work in uncertainty evaluation methods, the establishment of the e-commerce evaluation system based on uncertain

1 INTRODUCTION

E-commerce usually means that under the environment of the opening up of internet, based on browser and server application method, in widely global commercial and trade activities, the buyers and sellers realize a new-type commercial buy and sale pattern, which includes customers and agent’s internet purchasing and trading, online electronic paying, and other financial and related synthetic service activities. In recent years, under the background of stably increasing global economy and the rapid use of the internet and broadband technology, the e-commercial market with its high-tech and high human resources and high added values, has kept a high-speed increasing trend. The internet market in our country has boomed and the transaction quota of e-commercial market has increased stably since 2005. After several years’ development in e-commerce, it has already gradually matured and stabilized. In 2011, the e-commerce in our country took a fast development and more and more commerce’s entered e-commercial business. Many giant sellers, for example GoMe, Suling and the like, have transferred into internet shop sales from the real shop sales, followed by Dongjing, taobao, PaiPai and the like. At the beginning of 2012, GoMe, Suling and Dongjing started a marketing war, and make the dealing quota go up directly and the internet business bills spurt.
