B. Speed monitoring fault. In all stages of operation, the speed is keep watch on of the whole operation process of elevator in hoist system, the fault is called speed monitoring, the method is by measuring the actual speed is more than 15% of the given speed, according to the different phases of the operation is divided into constant velocity section speeding of failure, deceleration period of rapid failure and crawling period of rapid failure [4].
