ABSTRACT
The traditional assessment process of safety production mainly contains experts’ on-site inspection, discussing, and assessing. The general process is shown in Figure 1.
In the process of traditional assessment, experts’ on-site inspection is the most important step. It needs a group of experts to inspect the enterprise’s safe management, emergency management, and main production systems seriously and deeply. And it requires the experts to give a totally objective result after that. Besides the large amount of manpower, material and financial resources consumption, it’s inefficient and nonstandard. And in the traditional method, assessment standard, process, and results are mostly recorded in paper, which is difficult to preserve and find out in future.
