ABSTRACT
Second period, system integration was integration, which means gathering administration, organizing, method, equipment, technique and facility together as integration, while the technique level is just the primary object of system integration (jifa et al. 2007). A series of problems with information system construction made us be convinced that “human” is the key factor of information system integration, also the determinant of information system’s success. First of all, the ultimate purpose of information system integration is to shape for information system of uniform optimization, human priority, and man-machine integration. A integrated information system includes equipment, technique, administration, organizing and human integration, also consider over again and optimization design radically to operational flow and command process, taking “human” factor integrated into system and touching upon integration of a good many factors such as operational theory, equipment employment, etc. Secondly, the activity of information system integration carried out by human, and its fruits can be influenced by human cognition, organized system, coordination mechanism, etc. Therefore, Information system integration is not a pure technique problem, but it is a complex process from idea, cognition, method, technique to application management. Towards information system integration construction, we can use the idea of WSR to complete the analysis of integration method and model. By the way, information system integration must deal with the relationship of machine-machine, man-machine, man-man, mapping on methodology show physics, logic and human science respectively. 1 INTRODUCTION
Military information system integration is an efficient method to forma military information system resource and improves the unit operation ability of information equipment. In a period time from now, integration would be the main development direction and key factor for unified operation of future army.
