ABSTRACT

In the supply chains, actors are the providers, the developers and the end customers. If we abstract the developers as providers, the relationships between the actors are providers to the end customers, either direct or indirect. The direct is a provider offer resources to an end customer. The indirect may first interchange internally between providers or customers, and then to the end customers. For example, the platform provider offers the platform to the developer to write application programs for the end customers. Platform resources are interchanging between the platform provider and the developer, and change into the application software for the end customers at the end. The other example is customers may offer their unused resources to the Cloud Control Centre in order that the other customers can use. At the moment, the Cloud Control Centre is an intermediate; the customers offered unused resources are the real providers. So we also see them as providers and the relationship is between the provided customers to the end customer.
