ABSTRACT
To take good care of soldiers’ stationed remote area or island, hospitals of PLA are constructing long-range medical treatment system. The telemedicine system is a new type of medical treatment. Applying communication network and computer multimedia, we can transmit multimedia medical information to carry out remote medical treatment. This transfer medical information includes text, picture, video and audio information. We found in practical interference occurs during speech signal collection because of limit of remote island and characteristic of medical. So the speech signal is hardly understand. This is the reason why we design filter of speech signal.
