ABSTRACT

Automatic vacuum casting machine is a set of machinery having electrical, electronic, vacuum, metering, chemical, casting technology as a whole, the structure is complex, the technical requirements are also higher. Figure 1 is the schematic diagram of the principle of automatic vacuum casting machine. Automatic vacuum casting machine is composed mainly of metering components, mixing components, stirring components, and perfusion components. The thick solid line in the graph represents casting material pipeline; the dotted line is vacuum pipeline; double stipple line is compressed air pipeline. The following is its working process. The vacuum pump is opened, the material tank and the perfusion chamber pumps vacuum, A, B materials are prepared according to need, and material container and the corresponding discharge valve are connected by material pipe. After pumping vacuum, the discharge valve is opened, A, B materials are expected to enter the corresponding tank, feeding is finished, valve is close, mixer is started. After mixing, metering cylinder valve is opened, begins to feed, servo motor starts to work, the ball screw does rotary movement, screw nut drives the metering lever movement, so that the plunger metering valve and cylinder move upward to form the cavity filling material. 1 INTRODUCTION

Vacuum casting technology is based on the curing mold materials or parts material requirements, mixing according to a certain proportion into the container, then placing the container into the vacuum casting machine, vacuum pumping, stir the mixed materials fully, pour into the mold or the mold base, take out mold parts or products in the end. Vacuum casting technology can be widely used in new product development, product trial or small batch parts production of automobiles, home appliances, light industry, medical, agricultural machinery, military industry, and other industries. The use of the technology can shorten the product development cycle, and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
