ABSTRACT
The suggestion of rural environmental image improvement which was raised in the meeting of Hebei rural environmental image improvement in June 9, 2013 demanded that we regulate rural environment comprehensively, and focus on residential renovation, road hardening, garbage disposal, and drinking water safety, toilets transforming, sewage treatment, the village plantation, land consolidation, straw processing and kitchen renovation, new energy usage, villagers center construction, village logo design construction of banner ads, cemetery construction and development of traditional culture protection, etc. Finally we realize excellent layout of buildings, beautiful housing condition, good road condition, satisfactory plantations, and good water, sanitation, lighting, and service conditions. We should stick to the four principles: step by step, strengthen classified guidance, highlight the characteristics of rural, and respect people’s wishes.
