ABSTRACT
The machine tool consists of a mechanical system, a cooling chip system, a hydraulic system, and an electrical system, as shown in Figure 1.
1 INTRODUCTION
The deep-hole processing quality, processing efficiency and cutting tools are putting forward higher requirements; because of the specificity of the deep-hole drilling machine, its price is quite expensive for non-professional deep-hole processing factories, as well as the annual demand and the cost are high. In order to reduce processing costs, and improve the machining accuracy of deep hole to increase the processing efficiency, the equipment manufacturing cycle is short and used more than once to meet the needs of enterprises.
