ABSTRACT
Food supply chain can be divided into two types: narrow food supply chain and generalized food supply chain. The narrow food supply chain, according to the basic meaning, is that the food supply chain companies and their suppliers, distributors, logistics service companies to establish strategic cooperative relations in the food product reach the final consumer in the process, the establishment of a sound and efficient food supply chain body system [1]. As the core business of food companies, we must ensure the common interests of each node enterprise. To maintain its core competencies we can optimize the supply chain management. The core of this network is the food management at all levels of government departments [2].
