ABSTRACT
Relative to other currencies, the appreciation of RMB means that RMB’s purchasing power is enhanced. For example, in the international market, the original ten yuan RMB can only buy ten units of goods, but you can buy more than ten units of the commodity after appreciation of RMB. The appreciation or depreciation of RMB is in fact self-evident in light of its exchange rates.
