ABSTRACT
While extracting moving targets the background of the image should be extracted, and then the background image should be subtracted from normal image, to get the moving targets. This paper describes methods, used by many domestic and foreign researchers, such as methods based on statistical models, and methods based on predictions. Finally, we derive a new algorithm for background extraction through analysis. This background extraction algorithm is based on clustering. After the experiment, the time of the algorithm is better than the previous two algorithms and applications with significant results.
