Research on the genetic algorithm-based all-terminal network optimization

The precondition of network optimization is the unknown network connection. Therefore, SA is not suitable for network optimization as it is a random search from a known state; ES might have early convergence due to the restriction of selection mechanism and fail to achieve the optimal solution in most cases. This research chooses GA for network optimization.
