ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT: While thinking about the relationship of individual’s creativity and personality, it may arise a question how the creativity influences individual’s personality and on the other hand to what extent is the creativity influenced by personal characteristics of the individual. The study describes to what extent act personality traits (Neuroticism, Extraversion, Openness, Agreeableness, and Conscientiousness) as pre-requisite for creativity and to what extent are the part of it.
