ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT: The Faculty of Informatics of Pan-European University (PEU) participates in five international research and development projects. From these the most important is the TeleCalmPlus system, which develops a field of wireless sensor applications for remote medical care of disabled and elderly people at their homes. We build a comprehensive Usability laboratory for testing the final product of running projects as well as for further development in the future. Some investigations are approved as internal grant by PEU. These are mainly focused on the issues of Business Informatics and Visualization. Along this line our effort is to apply knowledge from all projects at the faculty into one joint research project. We are looking for possibilities of linking research with other faculties of PEU as well.
