ABSTRACT
The scatterers of radar signals (radar targets of space, air, land and water based) and converters of energy of Electromagnetic Waves (EMW) (banners, the means of reducing the visibility of radio waves, antenna device SHF and EHF ranges of waves), as a rule, are characterized by large electric size, complex geometry, the presence of absorbing and nonlinear elements.
