During almost 20 years of existence of this approach, thinking in terms of business processes became a regular part of organization management practice. Nevertheless, the Business Process Reengineering and Process-driven Management means much more than it is regarded in ordinary managerial praxis. First of all it is a real paradigmatic change in the theory of management. The essential factor working as a trigger as well as an enabler of this managerial style is information technology.
