ABSTRACT: In the following text some of the basic facts relating to intellectual property law will be addressed, not providing however, a complete analysis of IP laws within the EU legal framework. The author of the study focuses mainly on the area of the Community Trade Mark, International trade mark designating the European Union, Procedural Perspectives and The Registration Procedure of the Community Trade Mark and also the Community Design, Procedural Perspectives and The Registration Procedure of the Registered Community Design.
