Clearly, such examples are indicative of the transformations ensuing in the nance sector, whereby more and more nancial institutions are resorting to Big Data to strategize their business decisions based on reliable factual insights supported by real data rather than just intuition. Additionally, Big Data is now playing a critical role in several areas like investment analysis, econometrics, risk assessment, fraud detection, trading, customer interactions analysis, and behavior modeling.
