ABSTRACT
J A 72-year-old woman complains of intermittent haematuria associated with a dull ache in her left loin. She has some dysuria and urine specimen showed E. coli infection. She has no physical findings. An IVU showed a persistent irregular filling defect in the left renal pelvis.
