ABSTRACT
Welding automation is an inevitable trend of advanced manufacturing technology development. It is also an effective way to improve welding productivity, ensure product’s quality and reduce labor intensity[1]. As a family member of industrial robots, welding robots is one of the automated welding systems, which are flexible and intelligent, going beyond the traditional welding automation[2].
