ABSTRACT
It is crucial to select the assessment index, larger numbers of assessment index will result in a principal component appearing high load on multiple indicators. On the contrary, few assessment index can’t reflect the actual situation of samples during the process of analysis results. So, in order to reflect the level of safety of the construction site factually, the selecting process should follow a systematic, scientific, representational, operational and independent principle (Qi, Y. et al. 2010). According to various production factors in construction site combined with the expert’s advice, the safety assessment index system of construction site is divided into five principal component factors, including personal factor, equipment factor, environment factor, management factor and emergency factor. 1 INTRODUCTION
In terms of the situation and effect of the construction about country economic developing, it is becoming into a pillar industry with playing an important role in economic construction gradually (Li, W.Q. et al. 2010). But in the process of construction, accidents happen sometimes due to the complexity of the construction condition and hazard factors (Wang, W.C. et al. 2006). Statistics suggests that the number of the construction accidents ranks third and the casualties is in third place about occupational injure accident every year.
