ABSTRACT
The attapulgite used in this work was supplied by the Qirui Mining Co. (Jiangsu, China) with an average diameter of 200 mesh. HDTMAB and Humic Acid (HA) were obtained from the Lingfeng Chemical Co. (Shanghai, China) and were of analytical grade. GSM standard solution was obtained from Sigma-Aldrich (Supelco, USA). Deionized water was used in all experiments. The adsorption experiments of GSM were carried out using a SHA-B mechanical shaker equipped with thermostat (Jiangsu, China).
