ABSTRACT

Jinnan District located at 38°50′02″N~39°04′32″N, 17°14′32″E 117°33′10″E, is one of four districts of Tianjin. Jinnan District belongs to the plot and river alluvial plain, the average elevation of which is 3-3.5 m. By the end of 2012, the area of rural residential land was 3816.8 hm2, accounting for 32.6% of urban and rural construction land area, accounting for 9.8% of the total land area. The per capita area of rural residential land is 132 m2, which exceeding the upper limit of the specified standards. Therefore, the potential of rural residential land consolidation is relatively large.
